Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of services by Lenira
Health Ltd ("we", "us", "our") to clients ("you", "your"). By engaging our services, you
agree to these Terms.


1. Services


Lenira Health Ltd provides workplace health screening, preventive health
assessments, and related wellness services. Specific services, pricing, and
deliverables will be agreed in writing prior to delivery.


2. Bookings and Fees


• A fixed service fee and any applicable per-person tier pricing will be agreed in
advance.
• All fees are payable in GBP (£).
• Lenira Health Ltd is not VAT registered, therefore VAT is not charged.


3. Payment Terms


• Invoices for the initial fee are payable within 7 days of the invoice date,
unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment must be received prior to the
health screening event.
• Invoices for tier packages are payable within 14 days of the invoice date,
unless otherwise agreed in writing. These invoices are issued after the
health screening event.
• Late payments may incur statutory interest and recovery costs in accordance
with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.


4. Cancellations

 

  • Cancellations must be provided in writing.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the initial fee.

  • Cancellations made between 8 and 14 days before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the initial fee.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled service will not incur a cancellation fee; however, the client must reschedule the event within 3 months of the original booking date.

5. Rescheduling or Termination


Lenira Health Ltd reserves the right to reschedule or terminate services and
contracts where circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect the delivery of
services. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Staff shortages or unavailability of key personnel

  • Non-payment or delayed payment by the client

  • Abuse, harassment, or unsafe behaviour from clients, participants, or their employees

  • Equipment failure, severe weather, or other unforeseen events

  • In such cases, we will notify the client as soon as possible. Any fees already paid may be refunded, credited, or adjusted at our discretion, except where non-performance is caused by circumstances outside our control.


Thrive+ and Wellness Parties


All home-based services and Wellness Parties are subject to the suitability of the
participant’s home or chosen venue. Lenira Health reserves the right to limit,
reschedule, or modify services if the location does not meet required safety,
accessibility, logistical, or operational standards.


6. Client Responsibilities


Clients must:

  • Ensure suitable facilities and access for service delivery

  • Provide accurate participant numbers and information

  • Ensure participants provide informed consent for screenings

6A. Pre-Event Site Assessment


Prior to delivery of services, Lenira Health Ltd may conduct a site visit or a virtual
assessment (via video call or similar) of the premises or home setting where services will be provided. This assessment is intended to confirm suitability, access, and safety requirements for the health screening event.


The client agrees to provide accurate information regarding the location and facilities
and to ensure that the environment is safe and appropriate for service delivery.

7. Medical Disclaimer


Our services are screening and preventive in nature and do not constitute
diagnosis or treatment. Participants are advised to consult their GP or a qualified
healthcare professional for medical advice.


8. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lenira Health Ltd shall not be liable for
indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the
initial fees paid to Lenira Health Ltd.


Lenira Health Ltd shall not be liable for any damage to premises, property, or
equipment arising from service delivery, except where such damage is directly
caused by our proven negligence or wilful misconduct. Clients remain responsible for
ensuring that the service environment is suitable and safe for equipment setup and
service provision.

9. Confidentiality


We will treat all client and participant information as confidential and handle personal
data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


10. Intellectual Property


All materials, reports, and documentation produced by Lenira Health Ltd remain our
intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.


11. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England
and Wales.


Lenira Health Ltd may revise these Terms at any time.

Clients will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of our services
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
